Dear friends and other interesting creatures,
I just read this on Mandi’s blog and it angers me beyond belief.
I have written about chronic illness before and I have openly discussed having Ankolysing Spondylitis and Fibromyalgia and the ‘joys’ that come with it.
Because you are not missing a limb, you can’t possibly have an chronic medical condition.
People can be so judgemental, ignorant, unhelpful and stupidity was not reserved for any particular colour, race or religious conviction or who your favourite author is.
Let’s hope life never gives them a chronic condition that can consume and dictates ones life at times. I am sure Mandi hates the frustration as much as I do.
I wish you enough, add some empathy to that.
